While his typing is fun to use and unique (for it's time) what really makes Blaziken such a monster is his speed boost ability, after few turns you can only use priority moves against him or you will most likely just get smacked and Blaziken does also have a nice movepool to take advantage of his power so while he is actually frail like most fighting Pokemons are he is without a doubt one of the best sweepers you'll come across who can tear apart legendaries if allowed to stay in for too long.

Blaziken is a fighting force that can destroy. Period. Fire, Fighting, Flying, and Normal learns can decimate anything it comes against. Blaziken is fast and powerful and with the right moves will slaughter anything that stands in its way.

3InfernapeInfernape, known in Japan as Goukazaru, is a Pokémon species in Nintendo and Game Freak's Pokémon franchise.

Well, lets compare first. Blaziken has lower speed, but it's hidden ability is speed boost. That and Swords dance make a great combo. It also learns awesome moves such as Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, and Hi Jump Kick. It has rather good special attack too, so Overheat is a good idea. Don't forget Stone Edge and Earthquake, which do a lot of damage. Now for Infernape. Infernape has much better speed, and the hidden ability Iron Fist, which powers up Mach Punch, the elemental punches, and Close Combat. It is a good sub-puncher (substitute and Focus Punch) and knows Fake Out. Life Orb + Close Combat + Flare Blitz + Stone Edge/Earthquake makes a good sweeper. It can also learn Acrobatics and U-turn. Okay, comparing is over, and the Pokemon I pick is.. Infernape! With great Attack and Speed, it would be a great addition to your team. I hope this helps! -Jellohamster

Overall my favorite Pokemon of all time! My very first Pokemon ever! His moves are the best! He can take almost anything out with his close combat and blast burn. Not to mention he looks cool too, I mean his head is on fire!

Infernape is amazing he may not be the best fighting type but he is still awesome iron fist is a good ability and infernape gets swords dance to boost its attack even more and he is also fast mach punch is a good move to make infernape a revenge killer and he is also the son of goku.(i made that up)

In case you haven't read the Pokedex mountain entry, this guy can lift mountains with a single hand. In addition to that, he can punch 1,000 times in 2 seconds. That's each arm punching 150 mountains away per second, assuming 500 mountains were flying at him every second. Mountain punching abilities aside, he learns Dynamic Punch which hits for 150 damage (thanks to STAB) and confuses the target, as well as learning Cross Chop before Lucario learns Close Combat. However, the Superpower Pokemon (yes, that's really what he's called) has his drawbacks: stats. His total stats are a mere 505, not bad compared to some other Pokemon (rattata, I'm talking about you), but compared to Lucario's 225 and Blaziken's 230, you can really begin to see his weakness. However, Machamp is by no means a weak Pokemon, and he would kick Lucario's butt due to Lucario being part steel type.

Come on Gallade should be much better. When he's mega evolved, he's overpowered.

Gallade if used properly could be the strongest fighting type Pokemon. The first reason of this is he is part psychic. By having this typing, it could be hard for his fighting type opponent to beat him due to any psychic moves. The second reason would be his blades. Due to having blades for arms he can learn an array of slashing moves. The knight can also counter all of his fighting foes. Having trouble with Fire-fighters, teach him stone edge, Grass-fighters, send them sky high with air slash, Steel/Dark-fighters, close combat to destroy them, and for just plain fighters, they'll be running from psychic/psycho cut. The swordsman is cunning and smart, using attack and speed to his advantage along with special attack. After this fighter his mega evolved white knight, his stats increase making him hard to catch and defend against. This is why the fighter of blades is the possible best in the fighting league.

He's six things rolled into one to have an awesome persona. A Psychic, a Knight, a Ninja, a Swordsman, Master Martial Artist and a Super Hero all rolled into one. He has no mega stone though, which is just not fair at all.
My only real problem with him is his physical frailty. I love using him, but I'm not very good in making him durable. Any suggestions?

Gallade is a smart pokemon. The type psycihc very useful in battle gallade ruse best if he is in your very smart.

Hitmonlee is super amazing because his Atk in general is so great that he can otk any other fighting type with counter and reversal! I know because I've tryed it with the reversal/endure combo

Hitmonlee I'd have to say is probably the best fighting type. It's kicking moves are beast. Take mega for example: it's power is like 130. Also it can learn blaze kick that all the blaziken fans like so much. And if you don't like its accuracy then teach it mind reader. Hitmonlee could use a boost with defense and HP but other wise, it's really well built. I like infernape too

Poliwrath, the Tadpole Pokemon, and 1 of the 2 evolved forms of Poliwhirl. Burly and muscular, Poliwrath can exercise for hours without getting tired. It swims effortlessly through the ocean.
Now look, if I went to fitness and I saw a Poliwrath there, I'd just be sure it'd would get up kiloliters of sweat (ewww! )

Sure tadpole got a lot of weaknesses but teach it Waterfall and you're good!

Have you seen its attack stat? It's one of the best in any game, and if you teach it sky uppercut or close combat and seed bomb plus a rock move to cover weaknesses and one more move (I would suggest iron tail) you're Breloom will destroy everything in sight. Not to mention its ability which puts opponents with physical attacks sometimes to sleep or paralyzed or poisoned. Breloom wins. No questions

With technician and Mach punch, Breloom, who has the same attack stat as machamp, can break most stalls, overpower most sweepers, and eliminate squishes like nobody's business. Poison heal Breloom can even stop most status killer teams, and still packs a hefty punch with the substitute focus punch combo.

Breloom is the best Pokemon if you know how to use him. He is not to be messed with and if you think you can beat Breloom think again. He can learn moves that cover all his weaknesses and with the right nature, can max the speed stat so that he is almost certain to attack first. (Unless you using a ninjask or something)

My Breloom has beaten almost ANY team ever non cheated and totally legit. He is Amazing and deserves at least top ten. My move set is extremely secretive and I haven't seen any pro use it yet. here it is.

He is really cool looking not just that he is really strong he has five weaknesses that's not really good but even though one of his weaknesses is fire he can still win with his fight moves. The only problem I have with Chesnaught is that he can only learn a few fight type moves

Chesnaught is so op it can learn spiky shield which protects him and deals damage to Pokemon that do physical contact.

Grass and fighting! And he looks like a chestnut and gets an exclusive move that protects it and damages the opposing pokemon on phisical contact

If it had a mega or break evolution that would be awesome

This guy's amazing! Drain Punch, High Jump Kick, Jump Kick, and not to mention Lucario's signature move Aura Sphere, this guy just wrecks face, should be number 2, not 48!

, how does this Pokemon have such low amount of votes. It's so amazing. It's got awesome Attack and Speed, it's basically a 2nd Class Lucario.

Great attack and speed makes it so dangerous. And it looks awesome too!

It is graceful, strong and fast! Who doesn't like it! It should be higher up on he list.

17Toxicroak

What are you doing Toxicroak? Get up in the top ten! Steel is no longer a threat to him because of fighting, and he was the only pokemon I use in the new Fairy gym. The only types you have to watch out for are flying and phychic. Lucario makes a close second for me though.

Has Dry Skin, access to Swords Dance, Sucker Punch, Drain Punch, Poison Jab, and Ice Punch. Has base 106 Attack.

18Conkeldurr

Conkeldurr is one of the best fighting types. It has amazing Hp and Attack stats and with an assault best it can be a specially defensive beast.
It's 3 abilities are great and they increase its power even more (even giving it an immunity to being burned).
It's moveset is really good (granting him great coverage) and even though it's a slow pkmn, mach punch gives it an amazing priority attack.
Conkeldurr deserves to be in the top 10 or even more.

Conkeldurr needs to be in the top 10. This guy's attack stat is huge and can crush many would be counters with its good coverage moves. It is also very bulky and defensive, especially with an assault vest. Trying to cripple Conkeldurr with will-o-wisp is quite risky because it may activate a guts boost and make Conkeldurr even more terrifying. So unless you hit it with a substantial super effective hit, good luck taking this guy down. Don't clown around with Conkeldurr, otherwise it will be the one laughing in the presence of your destroyed team.

Conkeldurr is one of my favourite Pokemon of all times. It has such a cool design its like a clown learnt karate and used it with cement rocks! Awesome! Also in the anime, this guy is a construction worker along with Warthog, so its useful in many ways and very strong!

Same base stats total as Machamp (505) and better moves ( Focus Punch and Superpower). Not to mention his ability Iron Fist, which will boost Focus Punch to even stronger, this guy wrecks your face off. So, to review:
Focus Punch power: 150.
Add STAB: 225.
Iron Fist gives it +20% so 225+45=270
So basically, if he doesn't get hit during the power up phase, you're dead.

Dude have you ever played Pokemon in gameboy or cpu the I suggest you 2 train hitmontop because with it's rolling kick and revenge and especially HIGH JUMP KICK ( I love this move) it should be place at 2nd place!

Pangoro is one of the most laziest Pokemon designs ever, notice how this guy was made after Kung Fu Panda, Karate Panda, War Bear, Little Panda Fighter and Chop Kick Karate Panda were made. Clearly game freak ran out of designs and just used designs that had already been made several times. Good job, Game freak. But other than that it's a good Pokemon

This guy maybe slow, but it have great type combination, fighting and dark (keep this away from fairy type though) and sadly, this Pokemon is weak againts its own type (fighting). don't have to worry about psychic types because it will have no effect! Not to mention its great base attack (124) and with its awesome ability mold breaker, it can hit anything! First time I know this Pokemon, I immediately want one!

Dark and fighting makes this guy a extreme powerhouse. Even though it looks heavy.. It is able to learn high jump kick and that did a one hit KO on Lapras and Metagross! Dark type makes him immune to physic. It's a must have Pokemon throughout the game. Come on guys. We know he deserves it. Clap Clap Clap. Go Grumpy panda!

Awesome stats! With adamant nature this Pokemon is unstopable! You can get him early at the 2nd gym town. This really helps people who played Pokemon without cheats! Because they already have a Pokemon with good stats at early game. And this guy got brick break at level 29, WOW! With this Pokemon Godlike attack and not bad speed, sawk should be in the top 10. This sweeper is too OP for early gyms and you can get this guy at the town where the second gym at, this Pokemon will obviously make the game easier for you!

This Pokemon is totally meant for fighting and its gotta be the best..!
You this Pokemons karate moves (especially the karate chop).. He will knock out any Pokemon in its way..!

It had a good fight with Kyurem (80 or 120 higher stats than Keldeo) and Keldeo has two forms.

He is the most awesome fighting Pokemon no doubt.

Scrafty is my absolute favorite Pokemon (fighting is my favorite type). With his dark typing giving him immunity to psychic attacks, it's excellent move-pool allowing him access to excellent moves like Ice-Punch or Dragon Dance. When combo'd with his ability, Moxie, Scrafty has the potential to sweep entire teams almost effortlessly. Not to mention he has pretty good defense. Especially considering he's a sweeper.

Scrafty should at least be in top 10. Speed is it's only problem. Spark doesn't matter cause he learns physical moves anyway. Great definitely and speed and good attack. With an ability like Moxie Scrafty becomes AMAZING.

Why is Scrafty so low. Pokemon that aren't even fighting type are over him. Scrafty is my favorite fighting type and wrecks ass on the battle field with his defenses and moxie.

I love emboar because it's the first ever starter Pokemon I ever used and he' move pool is awesome and that's how I won the game

Emboar should at least be in the top 10 not 20. Having a large variety of moves in his move pool and has strong attack and lots of HP. Poison, rock, thunder, it's move pool can take out all of its weaknesses. Put any other Pokemon in the fight, emboar comes out on top.

Emboar is pretty damn good fire fighting combo, nice looks good too

28Medicham

Not only does it sport an amazing Physical Attack with Pure Power, but it can learn all three elemental punches for the ultimate type coverage. I have a Medicham in my Pokemon Platinum Nuzlocke run, and I use her so much she is usually a couple levels higher than the rest of the team.

Medicham is a pink monkey with huge buttocks. Also it's the same types as gallade. That's an insult to gallade!

This Pokemon has an amazing move pool basing on psychic moves and fighting type moves. It dominated the team in my Platinum.

Medicham is a awesome pokemon. It is a fighting and phychic type I used it on my sinnoh team mine knows drain punch, focus blast, rock smash, and zen headbutt. And do to its typing its only type disadvantage is ghost. Plus it can learn a lot off punches.
